Property Manager

A successful Scotland wide property firm, is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Property Manager to join their team in Aberdeen due to growth in their business.

Ideally you'll have experience in Property, Housing or maintenance coordination to be able to take on your own property portfolio, but if you have worked in a customer focused role that requires a high level of coordination, we would still love to hear from you!
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £28,500-£30,000, along with a £3,000 car allowance pn top of this as well as free parking.
Your main responsibilities in this role will be:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Build and maintain relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conduct regular landlord meetings
- Portfolio management
- Instruct and monitor reactive and proactive repairs
- Manage and coordinate customer insurance claims process
- Conduct regular property visits
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction levels
- Achieve customer response time targets

- Experience with Office 365
