SalaryOur client, a well-respected and award-winning independent agent, is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join their busy team in Bexley on an 12 month maternity cover basis.

Working hours of a Property Manager:
- Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Our clients are offering the successful Property Manager:
- £25,000 - £30,000
Ideally, to be considered for the Property Manager role you must have the following:
- Previous experience working within Property Management
- Ability to manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills both written, and verbal
- Highly organised and time efficient
- Full UK driver’s license
- ARLA qualification preferred but not essential
Key tasks of a Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
- Managing a team of Property Managers
- Looking after a portfolio of properties
- Carrying out inspections
- Dealing with maintenance issues
- Liaising with landlords, contractors, and tenants
- Helping with the move-in and check-out process and reports
- Managing accounts
