Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times and day to day property maintenance issues
- Responsible for organizing planned maintenance
- Co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment projects where applicable
- Managing utility bills, invoice management and processing
- Regular reporting to Project Management Lead and organize remedial works and safety certification
Requirements:
- Experience in managing luxury properties is essential
- Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
- Have an ability to multi-task - Be adaptable and a good team player - To have a strong service “ethic”
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Good command of both written and spoken English. Able to read and speak in Chinese is preferred
- Comfortable with different time zone working environment and willing to travel abroad when needed
- Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline or multi-task when needed
- Must be eligible to work in UK
