Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times and day to day property maintenance issues
• Responsible for organizing planned maintenance
• Co-ordinate and oversee any refurbishment projects where applicable
• Managing utility bills, invoice management and processing
• Regular reporting to Project Management Lead and organize remedial works and safety certification

Requirements:

• Experience in managing luxury properties is essential
• Excellent team worker with a flexible approach to work
• Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Power Point, Word, etc
• Have an ability to multi-task - Be adaptable and a good team player - To have a strong service “ethic”
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Good command of both written and spoken English. Able to read and speak in Chinese is preferred
• Comfortable with different time zone working environment and willing to travel abroad when needed
• Be able to work under pressure with tight timeline or multi-task when needed
• Must be eligible to work in UK
