Property Manager/Administrator - £27,000-£29,000 DOE - Bristol
Our client is seeking a Property Manager/Administrator to join their friendly team in Bristol.
Job Role:
Property Management:
·Property Inspections
·Maintenance reporting
·Dealing with contractors
·Arranging works etc
·Health and safety compliance
Meetings:
·Landlord and leaseholder meetings online and sometimes face to face
·Dealing with solicitors regarding flat sales
Finance:
·Simple book keeping,
·Preparation of budgets
·Service charge reconciliation
·Credit control
Administration:
monitoring incoming emails
phone calls and email correspondence with leaseholders.
·Insurance renewals
This role will also require you to work from the Shepton Mallet office once a week.
They will provide training and support in all aspects of the role particularly on the finance/administration aspect. This may continue indefinitely or stop as the role develops.
