About the Opportunity
WeWork is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead, Property Marketing to join our global B2B & Product Marketing Strategy team. In this role, you will contribute to the team’s Property Marketing efforts by managing the way our properties in the United States, Canada, and International regions are positioned and marketed across a variety of channels.
One of the main responsibilities of the role is the creation of effective, cohesive, engaging, and competitive property collateral. As such, this role will entail a hands-on approach to the planning, creation, and management of written and visual content—including brochures, one-pagers, and videos—for our global portfolio of properties. Activities will include conceptualization, production, and roll-out of sales collateral and coordination on the creation of visual assets. This role will be responsible for maintaining our database of property information.
These property particulars enable Sales and Broker partners to market our buildings effectively to a variety of client segments, ranging from: consumers to small - medium sizes businesses and larger enterprise companies.
You will work collaboratively with the wider marketing & comms org, as well as some partner agencies. Building relationships with other departments is an integral part of the role, in particular working with Sales, Community, Real Estate, and the Design & Product teams . This will enable you to lean on their expertise and also get exposure into the cross functional business priorities.
The ideal candidate has experience in the creation of content and the ability to develop differentiation and value messaging for properties and services in the Commercial Real Estate industry. The right candidate is a creative problem solver, insights/research-driven, and has a good grasp on how to localize a global product.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain an up-to-date building-centric database of property information
Coordinate the production of building-specific collateral for select properties across global markets (i.e. building fly-through videos, microsites, signage, etc)
Produce and update pitch decks, templates, and other visually compelling and brand-cohesive collateral to articulate WeWork’s value proposition
Develop building-specific plans for new, distressed, and trophy buildings
Manage building selection for photography and Matterport in coordination with the Visual Assets Team
Contribute to the development and information management of building pages on wework.com and aggregator sites
Managing inputs for monthly emails featuring priority buildings
Coordinate the intake of content update requests from Sales and other member-facing teams and manage internal deadlines
Working closely with the team’s leadership, establish a unified approach for Property Marketing processes across the USC and International regions
Manage frequent stakeholder interactions with Sales and other member-facing teams, as well as a wide range of cross-functional Marketing teams
Keep up-to-date with new technology, strategies, and occupier trends trends in commercial real estate and related industries
Raise purchase orders and manage the budget of property collateral activities.
As a global role, flexibility to meet with teams across time zones.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
2+ years of related work experience in Property Marketing, Sales Enablement, Communications and/or Content/Publishing/Editing in Commercial Real Estate, Professional Services, or a related field
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Slides, Docs, Sheets), and project management platforms such as Monday.com. Adobe InDesign is a plus
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
Outstanding eye for written and visual communication
