You’ve cut your teeth as a Sales Valuer in the London market, and now you’re looking for more of a team environment where you’ve got the autonomy to manage your own diary, valuations, where you value in London, whilst being part of a close-knit, high-performing and supportive team. The crux of this role for you is to win instructions. The negs will take care of the selling. You will have the team to support you, and the world really is your oyster with them.

They are one of London’s best independent estate agents and they are based in West Hampstead. They are about to hit go on their next phase and need a killer Sales Valuer. This phase is unlocking their true potential in the Residential Sales market in London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property valuations and market appraisals.
• Provide expert advice on pricing and marketing strategies.
• Generate leads and secure new instructions.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients.
• Liaise with vendors, buyers, and other stakeholders throughout the sales process.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry developments.
• Work with the rest of the sales team

Requirements:

• Proven track record in Property Sales valuations
• Emotional intelligence
• UK driving license
• Commercially astute

Package

• £35k basic with a guarantee on top
• OTE between £60,000 - £90,000 (you’re in control)
• Pool Car/Car allowance
• Mon - Fri with Saturdays at your own discretion
• UNLIMITED HOLIDAY
