Description
- Provide administrative support to the property management team
- Maintain and update property records on the database
- Liaise with external contractors and suppliers
- Prepare property-related documentation
- Assist with property inspections and reports
- Handle queries from staff and clients regarding property matters
- Support the team with ad hoc administrative tasks
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

A successful Property Support Administrator should have:
