SalaryA prestigious law firm is seeking a Proposal Executive for a permanent role. This position involves crafting top-tier pitches and presentations for the firm, which collaborates with some of the world's most renowned brands.
The role provides the chance to assume responsibility for capability statements/proposals and play a pivotal role in an exciting, high-profile project to implement proposal automation software within the firm.
This position offers ample opportunities for learning and advancement within the realms of pitching and business development. Essential skills include a flair for writing, impeccable proofreading abilities, and meticulous attention to detail. The ability to build relationships and establish credibility with partners is also crucial.
The role can be based in either the London or Bristol office of the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Project managing selected pitches and proposals within the firm.
- Assisting the Proposals Manager with large, procurement-led panel pitches by setting up templates, creating project plans, organising meetings, sourcing boilerplate text, and completing standard sections.
- Contributing to various tasks related to the proposal automation project.
- Assisting the Proposals Manager in writing and maintaining a central library of content.
- Logging all pitch documents received by the team on the internal CRM system, InterAction.
About You
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in the legal profession and/or professional services is required, although candidates with relevant skill sets from other professions will also be considered.
- Degree educated - A background in English Language/Literature/Journalism/writing will be considered an advantage.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and terminology in plain English.
