You will be supplied regular, quality leads from their network of Financial Advisers and Mortgage Advisers who value the benefits of a specialist Protection Adviser servicing their clients.
Advice needs will vary with clients being based all across the UK and include you advising on: life cover, income protection, critical illness and general insurance. In addition, our client would love to get more involved in business protection advice such as key-person insurance, ownership protection insurance etc.
Due to the volume of leads provided, there is no need to self-generate business. However, our client would value it if you are confident to build and strengthen relationships with the Advisers / businesses who introduce cases, to maintain and boost the healthy flow of leads.
Protection Adviser Requirements
- You should be an experienced Insurance / Protection Adviser
- You should have excellent product knowledge and be viewed as a 'go-to’ person for insurance
- Individuals with experience in business protection would be advantageous
- Ideally, you should hold R05 or equivalent
Protection Adviser Benefits
- Salary of up to £35,000 plus bonus of up to 30% of salary depending on agreed metrics
- Hybrid working with 2 days in the office, 3 days home based
- Pension scheme whereby if you contribute up to 5% of your salary, the employer will match this and put in an extra 5%
- Critical illness cover, 1x income protection, 4x death in service, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, with option to buy up to 10 additional days, plus other flexible benefits
