• Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 DOE + Generous Bonus + Benefits

We are looking for a Protection Advisor who is passionate about providing exceptional service and advice to customers.

Maybe you're a Protection Advisor with a Brokerage, or perhaps with an Insurer - either way we'd love to hear from you.

This position involves telephone interaction with both personal and business customers, offering a quality customer journey and expert advice on a range of protection products,

You won't have to worry about generating leads here, all leads are inbound - this can be a very fast paced role!

What will you be doing?

• Deliver exceptional service and advice over the telephone to customers, advising on protection products such as Life Insurance, Income Protection and Critical Illness Cover etc
• Document all aspects of advice provided, ensuring quality and thoroughness in every customer interaction
• Maintain proactive knowledge of financial services and drive personal performance with our support
• Ensure compliance with FCA and internal regulatory standards for advice provision
• Manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet customer needs

About you:

• Experienced with offering advice on Protection products (Life insurance, Income Protection, Critical Illness Cover etc)
• Passionate about Protection, and offering great customer service to clients
• Decent time management and organisation when things get busy
• Comfortable working towards reasonable targets and KPIs
