Job description
The post holder will work as part of the Personality Disorder Team, delivering psychological therapy to clients with Personality Disorder and comorbid difficulties associated with emotional and behavioural dysregulation. The job will entail assessing, formulating and delivering psychological therapy to patients with complex needs. This post will involve working across different locations within the Trust. The post holder will endeavour to participate in providing Personality Disorder Services in line with the Regional Personality Disorder Care Pathway. .

A recorded registered professional qualification in one of the following; nursing, social work, occupational therapy, psychology, allied health profession.Have undertaken post qualification formal training in a NICE recommended Psychological therapy and/or other talking therapy approaches. , Experience of working with adult clients with a range of difficulties using psychological therapy principles and skills Skills in managing chronic and acute suicide risk and assessing clients with a history of para-suicide and or chronic self-harmSkills in assessment and formulation within a specific psychological therapy model e.g. CBT, DBT, Mentalisation, Schema Focussed, CAT etc.
