SalaryFantastic opportunity to join a team of high performing administrative and Public Law lawyers dealing primarily with health, information law, judicial review and other regulatory and disciplinary matters.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate experience in the following areas:
- Advising on regulatory matters in the life sciences sector, particularly in relation to the regulation of medical devices, medicines, novel technologies and the use of AI.
- Advising on wider Public Law issues in the health sector, including advising both NHS and independent health organisations, and on health law more generally.
- Experience working on public inquiries (statutory or non-statutory).
- Understanding of information law, including FOIA, DPA and EIR.
- Health sector experience would be advantageous.
All candidates should be able to demonstrate experience of at least some of the following:
- Litigation including drafting and consideration of pre-action correspondence and pleadings, liaison with Court staff and preparation of trial bundles.
- Dealing with transactional work.
- Understanding of information law, including FOIA, DPA and EIR.
