Based in Peterborough with the flexibility of hybrid working, this exciting full-time role offers the opportunity to navigate the complex magazine supply chain and ensure timely delivery to retailers. As an exceptional multitasker, you will coordinate the delivery of market-leading magazines, guaranteeing they reach the shelves on time. Building strong relationships with internal and external teams, you will use your problem-solving skills and commercial awareness to manage costs on behalf of our publishers.

In this role, you will play a key part in developing strong working relationships with production teams and external suppliers and carriers. You will be an influential figure in supply chain operational planning, identifying opportunities for cost savings. Excellent communication and persuasion skills are essential for successfully liaising with Frontline internal contacts and publisher teams, ensuring effective title performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with production teams, suppliers, and carriers
• Influence supply chain operational planning
• Identify cost-saving benefits proactively
• Communicate regularly with internal and external teams to support title performance

Skills Required:

• Working knowledge of Supply Chain, preferably in magazines or FMCG
• Relationship-building, communication, and persuasion skills
• Exceptional prioritisation abilities to meet deadlines
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Problem-solving and basic negotiation skills
