Job Title: Purchase Ledger ( Maternity Cover )

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Proficiency in distinguishing between Construction Industry Scheme (C.I.S) and non-C.I.S invoices.

• Collaborating with external suppliers to address invoice discrepancies and reconciling supplier statements.

• Handling company credit card transactions, ensuring value-added tax (VAT) recovery when applicable.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for the Facilities department within the team, addressing inquiries.

• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of invoices.

• Support the business by implementing new finance processes.

Key Skills:

• Prior experience within an accounting role

• Good understanding of CIS invoices

• Proven ability to explain to complete Purchase Ledger duties
