Purchase Ledger

CMA is recruiting for our Ferndown, Dorset based specialist sector client with a requirement for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy finance team on a permanent basis.
Reporting into the Financial Controller, you will supporting a small finance function, this is a crucial role for this business and you will be responsible for managing a fast paced Purchase Ledger function.
What will the Purchase Ledger role involve?

• Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger, ensuring this is ready for payment runs;
• Accounts administration and data entry to a high standard;
• Dealing with complex invoices, investigating and resolving any queries;
• Assisting a small Purchase Ledger team with month end processes.

Suitable Candidate for the Purchase Ledger vacancy:

• You will be confident with end to end Purchase Ledger processes;
• Studying AAT or a similar accounting qualification;
• Adept at using accountancy systems and be an intermediate Excel user;
• You will be keen to be a part of a close knit finance team.
