After a period of continued growth, they are now looking for a Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their closely-knit finance team on a permanent and full-time basis.
Your new roleYour new role will include:
- Coding, approving and filing of invoices
- Reconciling Suppliers' statements
- Managing Petty Cash
- Paying Suppliers and processing Staff Expenses
- Setting up new Supplier accounts
- Maintaining cash book
- Posting payments onto a Purchase Ledger
- Answering telephone queries
- Reconciling month end and closing off Purchase Ledger
- Liaising with other departments with queries
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when required
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable function
- Be able to work as part of a team
- Be able to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently
- Be able to work under pressure whilst always displaying discretion
- Have excellent telephone/customer/communication skills
- Have excellent IT Skills
- Displaying a good attitude towards work, and the aims and objectives of the company
- Being flexible and dependable
