Job Title: Purchase Ledger Admin
Location: LE1
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
Employment Type: Temp to Perm
We are seeking a dedicated Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our client in LE1. As a crucial member of the finance department, you will be responsible for the following:
Matching stock invoices and credits received from suppliers with corresponding purchase orders, ensuring accurate processing.
Precisely handling non-stock purchase invoices and credits to guarantee correct processing.
Regularly reconciling statements received from suppliers with records in the accounting software, ensuring utmost accuracy.
Initiating weekly Bacs payments to suppliers.
Maintaining precise records by accurately updating payment cash records.
Assisting in executing month-end procedures.
