As part of our expansion programme we are currently looking to recruit an experienced:
PURCHASE LEDGER ADMINISTRATOR
Location: Head Office Peterborough (Orton Southgate, close to A1)
Hours: Full Time Monday Friday 8:30am 5.30pm
Salary: GBP26,000 + p.a - Dependent on Experience
Holidays: 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
Pension: Workplace Company Pension Scheme
Personal Specification & Qualities:
- Proficiency in using accounting software.
- Strong Excel skills are a pre-requisite of this role.
- An understanding of the consolidation of account experience
- High degree of personal motivation
- Commercial acumen
- High degree of accuracy and motivation
- Ability to work as part of a close-knit management team and manage numerous activities.
- Flexibility - working across all areas of business.
Key Accountabilities
- Receive, record and process supplier invoices.
- Process supplier credit notes.
- Verify and reconcile supplier statements.
- Resolve issues and dealing with queries.
- Process staff expenses.
- Raise and process purchase orders.
- Set up and maintain supplier accounts.
- Performing data compliance, reconciliation, and analysis.
- Assisting finance department and carrying out ad-hoc duties
