Main Duties:
- Inputting supplier invoices
- Matching and coding invoices
- Matching supplier statements and reconciling
- Preparing supplier payment runs
- Setting up supplier accounts
- Liaising with suppliers and contractors
- Resolving Accounting queries
- Providing general office administration support
About you:
- Experience of Accounts Payable
- Working knowledge of SAGE or other accounts software packages
- Accuracy and of attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Adaptable and flexible approach to work
