Ensure the timely and accurate processing of ecommerce stock supplier invoices, including registration, matching to stock receipts and purchase orders, posting to the finance system, and prompt payments.
The Role:
- Registering all ecommerce stock invoices and matching them to stock receipts and purchase orders within the stock system.
- Identifying quantity and price queries, conducting internal and external investigations, and ensuring timely resolution following company PTP processes, system procedures, and SOX controls.
- Ensuring accuracy in all postings to the nominal ledger resulting from the PL processes.
- Assisting with any other Purchase Ledger-related tasks as required by the SFBP or other RAML/finance team members.
- AAT qualification or working towards it.
- Demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
- Strong numerical accuracy.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Effective planning and organizational skills.
- You are dedicated to excellence and continuously strive to raise standards.
