Page Personnel are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk on behalf of a specialist, market leading business based in Trafford Park.
The purpose of this role is to assist with end to end Purchase Ledger duties in support of the wider finance function.

Description
Purchase Ledger Clerk duties will include:
- Purchase ledger (inc. employee expenses)
- Bank reconciliations
- Payroll journals, depreciation journals
- Assist with annual audit
- Support the wider finance team as required
- Daily bank reconciliation- matching receipts to customers and resolving all unidentified payments
- Daily receipts posting into our accounting software
- Ensuring payment queries are answered in a timely manner
- Ensuring all claims are submitted on time
- Processing of bank reconciliation
- Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role
- Complete Ad-hoc queries on a weekly basis
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Be studying or have a desire to study AAT
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Be able to work alone or as part of a team
- Have strong attention to detail
