- Job Title –Overheads Purchase Ledger Assistant
- Location – Bury Head Office - BL9 8RR
- Working rota – Mon-Fri
- Working hours – 40hrs/week
What You'll Be Doing:
As an Overheads Purchase Ledger Assistant, you'll be doing the following:
- You'll be ensuring delivery of accurate processing of high volumes of invoices to pre agreed KPIs, as well as having responsibility for the nominal coding of invoices with no supporting purchase order
- You'll be responsibility for the nominal coding of invoices with no supporting purchase orders and regular reconciling of supplier statements
- You'll be dealing with supplier queries and dealing with queries / enquiries from internal colleagues.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong Communication and Influencing skills
- Ability to achieve high levels of accuracy whilst working under pressure
- Experience of working within a fast paced Accounts Payable environment
