Skills Required:
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Experience using Sage is advantageous
- Strong administration skills
- Strong computer and IT skills
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
Duties:
- Processing supplier invoices
- Onboarding new suppliers
- Management of the approval processes for invoices
- Prepare and complete all weekly payment runs for suppliers
- General office admin to support the team
- Working closely with departments such as HR and Finance
