SalaryReed accountancy are recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Assistant for our fantastic, well-established client in Ipswich.
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant, it will be your job to establish effective working relationships with colleagues throughout the business, as well as external contacts to ensure the professional, accurate and efficient processing of invoices, invoice matching and query resolution.
Details:
• 12-month FTC
• £21,411 per annum
• 30 hours per week
• Hybrid working
• Free parking
• Ipswich (need to drive)
Duties:
• Entering or registering expense and stock invoices into our accounting system
• Matching goods for resale invoices with deliveries within our invoice matching system
• Investigate unmatched invoices with branches and/or suppliers
• Reconcile supplier accounts to statements
• Carry out any other ad hoc tasks as requested by the Purchase Ledger Supervisor
