An expanding business on the outskirts of Ipswich is looking for a temporary Purchase Ledger Assistant to ensure that the core day to day Purchase Ledger transactions of the business is processed on a timely and accurate basis.
This successful candidate will need to have Purchase Ledger experience and be able to work within a team environment.
Responsibilities:

• Processing and Coding invoices onto the finance system.
• Dealing with internal purchase invoice queries.
• Processing and management of Purchase orders.
• Maintain Supplier accounts and ensure records and credit terms are correct.
• Produce Supplier statement reconciliations.
• Manage and maintain supplier relationships.
• Production of weekly / monthly supplier payment runs.
• Ensuring invoices are paid in accordance with supplier terms.
• Daily receipt and payment processing.
• Production of Monthly Aged Payables report.
