Purchase Ledger Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Ely, Cambridgeshire
Duration: 1 -2 months, temporary
Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:30am-17:00pm with 1-hour unpaid break
Salary: Negotiable DOE
Are you confident with numbers and have strong administration skills? Do you have an interest in finance and a willingness to learn? You will work in a small team of friendly colleagues providing administrative support to the Purchase Ledger process.

Requirements
- Excellent numerical skills and use of MS Excel would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A willingness to solve problems and support customers
Duties:
- Solve any customer account queries make sure they are resolved in a timely manner
- Keep the system updated with contact details and new/amended or deleted accounts
- Assisting with processing outstanding Purchase Ledger
- Assisting with general administration in the office , answering telephone calls , emails
