An opportunity to join an amazing company as a Purchase Ledger Clerk based in Central Derby, this is initially 3 Months fixed term contract with the potential to be extended or become permanent. You will be working within high-volume and fast-paced Purchase ledger department with a friendly and supportive team.
Main Responsibilities of the Purchase Ledger Clerk:
- Matching GRN (Goods received notes)
- Batching and coding invoices
- Processing high volume of Purchase Ledger invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Dealing with suppliers’ queries
Essential Skills:
- Experience of Purchase Ledger
- Able to work within a fast-pace and high-volume environment
- Excellent organisational and communication skills - written and verbal
- Have a positive, "can do "attitude
