This role is an exciting opportunity for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our Chippenham based client for a period for 2-3 months.
Responsibilities:
- Accurate and timely processing of invoices
- Reconciliation of vendor statements and resolution of discrepancies
- Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate invoice approvals
- Management of vendor inquiries and maintenance of vendor relationships
- Assistance in month-end closing activities
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounts payable or a closely related field
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and demanding work environment
