SF are working exclusively with a growing business in Northampton to recruit a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

Job duties:
- Processing purchase invoices in a timely manner
- Resolving invoice related queries
- Processing credit notes correctly by cross referencing with original invoice
- Matching purchase orders to invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Answering the telephone internally and externally
- Any other duties as and when required
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- IT skills, with a sound working knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong time management, organisation, and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Highly flexible and adaptable
- The ability to work well in a team and unsupervised
