JOB TITLE: Customer Service Manager
LOCATION: Daventry
SALARY: £34,000 - £36,000
HOURS: 37.5 Hours - Fully office based
Office Angels Northampton are currently recruiting for an experienced Customer Service Manager to provide excellent Customer Service, demonstrate strong leadership and resolve any emerging queries that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage performance through regular 1-2-1 and appraisals with service team.
- Take ownership of customer queries and follow through to resolution
- Deliver Customer Service targets
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience leading and managing a team
- Competent in excel word and PowerPoint with strong emphasis on accuracy and detail.
- Demonstrates company core values
Requirements and skills
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Experience in providing Customer Service support
- Experience leading & managing a team
- Working knowledge of Customer Service software, databases and tools
- Minimum 2 years Customer Service experience
