Description
- Manage the accounts payable function to ensure timely and accurate payment.
- Process incoming AP invoices
- Process expense claims, credit card payments and other ad hoc items
- Resolve AP issues communicating directly with local customer
- Perform Supplier Statement Reconciliations
- Create payment proposals and load payments into bank portal
- Process all non-standard AP payments
- Load new/changes to supplier master data
- Forecast Cash Payments
- Prepare AP KPI's
- Perform other Finance duties as required
Profile
A successful Purchase Ledger Specialist Analyst should have:
- Experience in AP within a medium / large business
- Demonstrate good numeracy or accountancy skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with business wide teams
