Key Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately manage the data transfer of contract information to a new automated system.
- Contract Management: Oversee the lifecycle of contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Vendor Relations: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving mutual success.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain meticulous records, generate insightful reports, and communicate purchasing metrics effectively to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administration role with a strong focus on data entry
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation and data.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient with MS Office
This is a great opportunity to join a growing IT/Technology organisation, and there is a possibility for the successful candidate to become permanent.
You will need to be on-site in the Birmingham office 3 days per week initially and be comfortable with sitting with the wider teams.
