Alexander Daniels are working with a business in Wednesbury who are looking to hire a Purchase Ledger Administrator on a interim ongoing basis, with a view to start immediately. Reporting into the Accounts Manager, the successful candidate will be assisting with scanning and processing invoices alongside the Accounts Payable team.
Some other key responsibilities include:
- Reducing the backlog of invoices.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Monitoring the mailbox.
- Assisting with resolving queries.
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when requested.
Working as part of a lovely, friendly team, this is a great opportunity to gain some exposure in a large and successful business. The successful candidate will have some prior experience working in a fast-paced accounts payable department and will have excellent organisational skills.
This is a short-term contract which is on-site 5 days a week. Please note candidates who are immediately available will be considered for this role.
