Are you detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? Our client, based in Willenhall, WV12, is seeking a diligent Purchasing Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets related to purchasing activities.
- Assisting the purchasing team with administrative tasks as required.
- Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely procurement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to create and manipulate spreadsheets.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a purchasing or administrative role is preferred but not essential.
