Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic finance team in a well-established organisation.
Responsibilities:- Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Prepare payment runs
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Assist with month-end procedures
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent numerical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
