Job Title: Purchase Ledger Assistant (Temporary to Permanent)
Location: Willenhall
Salary: £24,000 - £25,000 per annum

Our client, based in Willenhall, is seeking a Purchase Ledger Assistant to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic finance team in a well-established organisation.
Responsibilities:

• Process purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Prepare payment runs
• Resolve invoice discrepancies
• Assist with month-end procedures
• Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent numerical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong communication skills
