- Proactively help Deal Team navigate the Bid/Opportunity governance process, orchestrating timelines and responses aligned with client guidance.
- Craft and execute opportunity plans with precision, ensuring alignment with DCS strategies and DCS SMT guidance.
- Help qualify opportunities robustly, providing decision-makers with the insights needed for making informed choices.
- Manage and mitigate risks throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
- Coordinate technical reviews with the Deal Team , Design, Development, Project Delivery and Engineering teams, documenting changes and impacts.
- Implement Sales Opportunity Governance, ensuring adherence to documented processes.
- Own and elevate our response packs to a high standard in collaboration with the Deal Team.
- Contribute to the evolution of our bid library in a prescribed format.
- Act as a guiding force for key stakeholders in the Sales Opportunity process.
- Manage contract negotiations for non-standard customer contracts in line with the documented processes and SMT guidance.
- Previous experience in a complex techno-commercial environment.
- Exceptional document management, production, and presentation skills using Microsoft Office.
- A keen eye for detail and a clear understanding of strategic proposal management processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Methodical and highly organized, capable of working independently.
