Our client is looking for someone to be on the shop floor and work with the team. This position is not officed based and will require a lead by example and social approach to the job.

The Role:

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures specific to the metal industry
• Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance professionals
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues
• Champion a culture of quality excellence and ensure adherence to regulatory standards

The Candidate:

The ideal Quality Assurance Manager will meet the following requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Metallurgy, or related field (desired but not required)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the metal industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record of leading by example and driving quality initiatives
