They specialise in high end electrical components, systems and connectors for a variety of industries which include; Rail, Aerospace, Automotive and Marine. The Role
Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, the Quality Health Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Manager will be responsible for all aspects of the organisations QHSE systems and processes across the entire facility. The role will lead a small but capable team of Quality and HSE individuals and will be a key member of the site SLT. The role is one of site wide leadership around all aspects of Quality and HSE and so a mindset of bringing everyone along on the journey and championing best in class operations is key.
The Person
With a proven background in Quality, Health Safety & Environmental leadership, this role requires a strategic thinker but with an operational mindset and drive. A background in manufacturing and engineering is key and any exposure to safety critical products within Aerospace, Rail, Automotive or similar will be a huge advantage. Prior experience with ERP systems and process would also be appreciated as the desire for this business to be continuously improving is apparent.
