Key Responsibilities as a Qualified Accountant:

- Take the lead in cashflow forecasting and management account sessions, contributing to the financial success of your team.
- Be responsible for the profitability of your team

- Gain visibility on the entire firm's profit and loss, shaping the company's overall performance.
?? Team Development:
- Run appraisals and actively develop your team's skills and capabilities.
- Offer full team training sessions, ensuring continuous growth and expertise.
?? Client Engagement and Expansion:
- Be comfortable selling new services to clients and crafting compelling proposals.
- Take charge of preparing and reviewing year-end accounts and conduct client quarterly catch-ups.
