RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 3 days in the office and 2 from home allowing you to spend more time with family.
- Identify the children in need of protection and effectively safeguard them to ensure they have a good quality of life.
- You will be given the opportunity to engage in our Leadership Programme giving you career progression.
- Make sure you notify the Child protection register of any ongoing investigation
- Giving advice and support to families/access to additional services
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or equivalent in Social Work
- Registered on Social Work England
- experience in supervising QSW and ASYE workers.
- Evidence of excellent assessment skills, including the demonstrable ability to ensure regular reviews and risk management with a variety of individuals, carers or families.
