The Opportunity:
Reacta Healthcare are currently recruiting for an administrator to join the Quality Department. The role of the Quality Administration Assistant is to provide comprehensive, efficient, professional Quality Administration to support Quality Control and Quality Assurance activities.
Key Accountabilities
- Complete administrative activities related to the submission of samples for analytical testing to contract laboratories
- Monitor the return of data related to the analytical testing of samples to support batch certification, stability studies and other analytical projects
- Ensure that systems and processes are developed, maintained, and improved to support effective and efficient running of routine QC and QA administrative tasks
- Contribute to the development of new systems that will improve the Quality Management System and supporting activities
- Complete general administrative tasks such as typing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and archiving
- Provide support with ad hoc project work, as required by the team or the wider business
- Issuing of documentation from the Quality Management System
- Assist in the review of documentation for completeness and right first time
Essential Skills, Qualifications and Experience

To be successful in this role, applicants need to have the following essential skills and experience:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to develop relationships internally and externally to the business.
- Computer literate (Word, Excel, MS Office).
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work under own initiative
- Excellent literacy skills to GCSE standard or equivalent
- Willingness and desire to learn and take part in areas and projects outside of the scope of the role.
Desirable Skills
- Previous QA/QC admin experience in a pharmaceutical company
- Working knowledge of good manufacturing practice
