What we are looking for :

• A qualification in social care or contract management
• Experience of Quality Assurance, improvement or contract management in a health or adult social care environment OR experience of working in a health or adult social care role
• Detailed understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) 2014
• An understanding of Quality Assurance and contract monitoring within a health and social care context
• Knowledge of national and local policies, strategies and initiatives affecting the sustainability of adult social care services
• An understanding of data and performance sources across the service area
• The ability to develop positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including providers, service users, health and social care professionals
• Well-developed written, oral and presentation skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, providers, the people who use services and other stakeholder
