What we are looking for :
- A qualification in social care or contract management
- Experience of Quality Assurance, improvement or contract management in a health or adult social care environment OR experience of working in a health or adult social care role
- Detailed understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) 2014
- An understanding of Quality Assurance and contract monitoring within a health and social care context
- Knowledge of national and local policies, strategies and initiatives affecting the sustainability of adult social care services
- An understanding of data and performance sources across the service area
- The ability to develop positive relationships with a range of stakeholders including providers, service users, health and social care professionals
- Well-developed written, oral and presentation skills to communicate effectively with colleagues, providers, the people who use services and other stakeholder
