Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Quality Control reviews of underwriting files, ensuring adherence to underwriting manuals and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for improvement to the Head of Quality Control.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction.
- Assist in the preparation of Quality Control Programs and reports for senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 1 year in underwriting or auditing roles.
- Strong understanding of underwriting principles and insurance products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.
- GCSEs at grades 9 to 4, including English and Maths.
- Commitment to continuous professional development and regulatory compliance.
