The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the quality department
The main requirements of your role will be:
- To prepare and file Quality documentation packs for customer and internal records
- Check accuracy and completeness of documents
- File documents in both physical and digital storage
- Effectively interact with colleagues
- Ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to
- Meeting targets and deadlines
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organising and maintaining office files and documents
- Resolving problems efficiently and professionally
- Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
- Proven experience in an administrative/data entry role
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Detail orientated
- Proficiency in computerised office systems
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management practices
Previous exposure working in a manufacturing and assembly organisation desirable.
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience.
