Our client is a manufacturing company who specialise in Electronic manufacturing. They only use services accredited to certified quality standards, and have an excellent team of dedicated staff to keep up their high standards of work. They are currently looking for an Admin and Accounts Assistantto join their busy and hardworking team.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within a similar position, be computer literate and possess strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
As an Admin and Accounts Assistant you will be undertaking general clerical duties such as answering the telephone and responding to emails, you will also process invoices on the company SAP system. Your duties will also include ordering office supplies and arranging relevant services required to equipment and the premises.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualities:
- Demonstrable experience within a similar position
- Be computer literate
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail
- Having a positive, professional, and friendly approach in telephone and email communications is essential
- Experience within Accounts would be desirable
Your duties as an Admin and Accounts Assistant would be:
- Processing invoices on the company SAP system
- Carrying out clerical duties such as answering the telephone and responding to emails
- Ordering office supplies and arranging relevant services required to equipment and the premises
- Liaising with different departments via telephone, email or teams
- Assisting other departments as required
Salary:
£24,000 - £26,000 per annum (Depending on experience and hours)
Hours:
- Monday Thursday; 8.30am 5pm and Friday; 8.30am 2pm (Core Hours required to cover the office Monday Thursday; 9am 4.30pm and Friday; 9am 1.30pm)
- Minimum of 34.5 hours per week
