Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Define and implement robust testing strategies, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all software components and functionalities.
- Establish and enforce best practices for quality assurance, driving adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritise, and resolve quality-related issues throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Continuously evaluate and optimise testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on quality metrics, trends, and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a software QA managerial role, demonstrating proficiency in leading and motivating teams towards achieving common goals.
- Strong expertise in Selenium testing, with proven ability to develop and execute automated test scripts effectively.
- Deep understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and tools, with a track record of implementing successful testing strategies in complex software environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and drive consensus on quality-related decisions.
