As QualityManager, you’ll report to the MD, driving all aspects of quality management systemsand processes with the support of a dedicated quality team and the wider business.
Responsibilities
· Manage,develop, and improve all aspects of the quality management systems, ensuring ISO’scontinued accreditation.
· Ensure companyand customer goals are achieved, by monitoring and measuring all quality KPI’s.
· Ensureclear communication on all quality matters with internal and external parties,to ensure all products and services meet customer needs.
· Work closelywith customers and suppliers to resolve all quality issues quickly andeffectively, ensuring corrective actions are agreed upon and improvements delivered.
· Collationand analysis of data, maintaining records, reporting and recommendation for management.
· Managethe quality department, including staff, budgets, and continuous improvement philosophywithin your team and wider business.
· Planand manage audits, including 3rd party and external audits.
· Workwith all department heads to ensure quality issues are resolved quickly.
· Define,agree, and control quality procedures and documentation.

Requirements
· Ideallya min 5+ years of Quality experience in an advanced manufacturing business.
· Min 2+years of people management experience, including setting expectations, skills analysis,performance monitoring and people development.
· Provenability to meet and exceed a number of ISO standards in manufacturing.
· Provenability to manage a department, including reporting, budgets, NPI etc.
· Processauditing experience within a manufacturing environment.
· Knowledgeof CAPA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan and associated core tools.
· Proven ability to deal directly with customers, suppliers and a senior team, to ensure issuescan be identified, solutions found, and actions taken quickly and professionally for the interest of all parties.
