Bela Recruitmentis hiring a Quality Manager for a company based in the Lisburn area, Northern Ireland.

As Quality Manager, you’ll report to the MD, driving all aspects of quality management systems and processes with the support of a dedicated quality team and the wider business.
Responsibilities
· Manage, develop, and improve all aspects of the quality management systems, ensuring ISO’s continued accreditation.
· Ensure company and customer goals are achieved, by monitoring and measuring all quality KPI’s.
· Ensure clear communication on all quality matters with internal and external parties, to ensure all products and services meet customer needs.
· Work closely with customers and suppliers to resolve all quality issues quickly and effectively, ensuring corrective actions are agreed upon and improvements delivered.
· Collation and analysis of data, maintaining records, reporting and recommendation for management.
· Manage the quality department, including staff, budgets, and continuous improvement philosophy within your team and wider business.
· Plan and manage audits, including 3rd party and external audits.
· Work with all department heads to ensure quality issues are resolved quickly.
· Define, agree, and control quality procedures and documentation.

Requirements
· Ideally a min 5+ years of Quality experience in an advanced manufacturing business.
· Min 2+ years of people management experience, including setting expectations, skills analysis, performance
monitoring and people development.
· Proven ability to meet and exceed a number of ISO standards in manufacturing.
· Proven ability to manage a department, including reporting, budgets, NPI etc.
· Process auditing experience within a manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of CAPA, 8D, FMEA, Control Plan and associated core tools.
· Proven ability to deal directly with customers, suppliers and a senior team, to ensure issues can be identified, solutions found, and actions taken quickly and professionally for the interest of all parties.
