Key Responsibilities: Production Oversight: Manage and coordinate daily production activities to meet operational goals and targets. Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality products. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the production and quality teams to achieve optimal performance. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Compliance: Ensure that all production processes adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall production efficiency and product quality. Qualifications and Experience: Engineering Background: A strong foundation in engineering is essential for success in this role. Management Experience: Proven experience in managing production and quality teams. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with teams and stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address production and quality challenges. Working Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 07:30 - 16:30
Friday: 07:30 - 12:30
Salary:
£45,000 - £50,000 per year dependent on experience.
